At Windyridge Garden Centre, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your home or garden items, you can return them within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging, including all tags and labels.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization number.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the products to prevent damage during transit and include a copy of your receipt or the Return Authorization form.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Send the package back to our garden centre via a tracked courier service; once received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
