We use specialized eco-friendly packaging designed to secure the root ball and protect delicate foliage during transit, ensuring your plants arrive healthy and ready to plant.
What are your shipping rates and delivery times?
We offer flat-rate shipping across the country. Standard delivery typically takes 3-5 business days, though we avoid shipping live plants on Fridays to prevent them from sitting in a warehouse over the weekend.
Do you offer a guarantee on your plants?
Yes, we offer a 30-day 'Arrive and Thrive' guarantee. If your plant shows signs of distress within the first month, contact our horticultural team for a replacement or store credit.
Can I return non-plant items like garden tools or decor?
Unused hard goods in their original packaging can be returned within 28 days of purchase. Please note that return shipping costs for non-defective items are the responsibility of the customer.
