Sedum Herbstfreude. (Autumn Joy)

Sedum ‘Herbstfreude’ (Autumn Joy) is a clump-forming, deciduous stonecrop prized for late-season colour and sturdy winter silhouettes. Succulent green leaves support flat, umbrella-like heads of rosy-pink flowers from late summer into autumn, aging to warm coppery tones that can be left for winter interest. Reliable in full sun and well-drained, moderately fertile soils, it is tolerant of dry conditions once established and is excellent for sunny borders, gravel gardens and containers. Highly attractive to pollinators and awarded the RHS Award of Garden Merit. Eventual size around 60cm tall by 45cm wide.
