Saxifraga Pixie White

Saxifraga ‘Pixie White’ is a compact mossy saxifrage forming neat, evergreen cushions of small green leaves, topped in spring with short sprays of dainty white flowers. Well suited to rock gardens, wall crevices, edging and containers, it does best in partial shade and a cool, moist but free‑draining, moderately fertile, humus‑rich soil that is neutral to alkaline. In Ireland’s climate, ensure sharp drainage to prevent winter wet and avoid strong afternoon sun in warmer spots. Eventual size around 10–15cm tall and 20–25cm wide.
