SALVIA nem. 'Schneehuegel' 3L
A compact, clump-forming salvia valued for its upright spires of pure white flowers held well above neat green foliage from early summer into early autumn. Ideal for sunny mixed borders, cottage-style plantings and path edges, it pairs beautifully with grasses and late-flowering perennials. Grow in full sun and well-drained, moderately fertile soil; deadhead or lightly shear after the first flush to encourage repeat blooms. Fully hardy in Ireland, but avoid waterlogged ground, especially in winter.
To help give a clear sense of scale, the stone wall shown in our photos measures approximately 265cm in height. We also use familiar garden tools as visual references: a digging fork (110cm tall) and a hand fork (30cm tall). These are included purely as size guides to help you better judge proportions when viewing the images.
