SALVIA micro. Trelawny Rose Pink

SALVIA micro. Trelawny Rose Pink

A compact, bushy, semi-evergreen sage with aromatic foliage, producing a long display of rose-pink flowers from early summer into autumn. Best in full sun and a warm, sheltered spot, it thrives in moderately fertile, well-drained soil and is well suited to sunny borders and containers in Ireland. Deadhead to extend the flowering season and trim lightly in spring to maintain shape. Excellent for wildlife-friendly planting, as the blooms are highly attractive to bees and other pollinators, and once established it copes well with drier summer conditions.

To help give a clear sense of scale, the stone wall shown in our photos measures approximately 265cm in height. We also use familiar garden tools as visual references: a digging fork (110cm tall) and a hand fork (30cm tall). These are included purely as size guides to help you better judge proportions when viewing the images.
