SALVIA Back to the Fuchsia

SALVIA Back to the Fuchsia

Salvia ‘Back to the Fuchsia’ is a compact, long-flowering salvia with vivid pink blooms above aromatic green foliage from early summer into autumn. Best in full sun and well-drained, moderately fertile soil, it reaches around 60–90cm, suiting mixed borders and containers in Irish gardens. Provide shelter and sharp drainage to help it overwinter; in colder or wetter spots, add a protective mulch. Deadhead to extend flowering, and enjoy the nectar-rich flowers that draw in pollinating insects.

To help give a clear sense of scale, the stone wall shown in our photos measures approximately 265cm in height. We also use familiar garden tools as visual references: a digging fork (110cm tall) and a hand fork (30cm tall). These are included purely as size guides to help you better judge proportions when viewing the images.
