Osteospermum jucundum 2L

Osteospermum jucundum 2L

Osteospermum jucundum is a low, mat-forming, semi-evergreen perennial for warm, sunny, well-drained spots in Irish gardens. It produces a long succession of open, daisy-like blooms in soft pink shades through summer into early autumn, above neat green foliage. Ideal for the front of a sunny border, gravel or rock gardens, or to spill over walls and containers. Plant in full sun with sharp drainage, avoid heavy or waterlogged soils, and deadhead regularly to encourage continuous flowering.

To help give a clear sense of scale, the stone wall shown in our photos measures approximately 265cm in height. We also use familiar garden tools as visual references: a digging fork (110cm tall) and a hand fork (30cm tall). These are included purely as size guides to help you better judge proportions when viewing the images.
