Ilex crenata Jenny 25 CM BALL C4

Ilex crenata 'Jenny' (Japanese holly) is an evergreen holly valued for its tiny, glossy green leaves and dense habit, making it an excellent box alternative for neat, formal shapes and low hedging. It clips cleanly into tight balls, cones and other topiary, holding its structure year-round. Plants prefer fertile, moist but well-drained, neutral to acidic soils and are best kept away from chalky ground. In late spring to early summer, small white flowers may appear; these are typically inconspicuous and may be reduced by regular clipping. Grow in full sun or partial shade for compact growth and best foliage density.
