Heuchera Forever Red
Heuchera Forever Red
Heuchera ‘Forever Red’ forms a compact, tidy mound of intensely red, ruffled foliage that holds its colour well in cooler conditions, providing long-season interest at the front of borders and in containers. In early to mid-summer it produces airy stems topped with small, bell-like blooms above the leaves for a light, refined effect. Grow in light or dappled shade in a moderately fertile, moist but well-drained soil; avoid winter wet. Ideal for edging paths, underplanting shrubs, woodland-style plantings and mixed containers. Remove spent flower stems and any tired leaves to keep plants looking fresh.
To help give a clear sense of scale, the stone wall shown in our photos measures approximately 265cm in height. We also use familiar garden tools as visual references: a digging fork (110cm tall) and a hand fork (30cm tall). These are included purely as size guides to help you better judge proportions when viewing the images.
