HELLEBORUS x hyb VIV Micaela

A selected Lenten rose forming compact, long-lived clumps of leathery, semi-evergreen foliage, flowering reliably from late winter into early spring. Best in light shade and moist but well-drained, humus-rich soil that is neutral to alkaline, it excels in woodland-style borders, shaded beds, and for underplanting deciduous shrubs and trees. Robust and resilient, it is fully hardy across Ireland.

To help give a clear sense of scale, the stone wall shown in our photos measures approximately 265cm in height. We also use familiar garden tools as visual references: a digging fork (110cm tall) and a hand fork (30cm tall).
