Euphorbia 'Ascot Rainbow' 3L

Euphorbia 'Ascot Rainbow' 3L

Euphorbia 'Ascot Rainbow' is an evergreen Euphorbia grown for striking variegated foliage: narrow grey-green leaves with creamy-yellow margins that often flush pink-red in colder weather. In spring it produces neat heads of long-lasting lime-yellow to green bracts with a subtle red tinge, bringing colour and structure to mixed borders, gravel gardens and containers. Best in well-drained, moderately fertile soil in full sun or light shade in Ireland; once established it copes well with dry spells. After flowering, cut spent stems back to the base to keep plants tidy and encourage fresh growth. Wear gloves and avoid contact with the milky sap, which is an irritant.

To help give a clear sense of scale, the stone wall shown in our photos measures approximately 265cm in height. We also use familiar garden tools as visual references: a digging fork (110cm tall) and a hand fork (30cm tall). These are included purely as size guides to help you better judge proportions when viewing the images.
