Choisya ternata ‘Sundance’ is an evergreen shrub valued for its bright yellow foliage and clusters of fragrant white flowers. Best leaf colour develops in full sun, though it also grows well in light shade. In Irish gardens it appreciates a warm, sheltered position out of cold winds and thrives in fertile, well‑drained soil. Expect scented blooms in late spring, with the possibility of a light second flush later in the season, and an eventual height and spread of around 2–2.5m, providing long‑lasting colour and structure for mixed borders or as a luminous focal shrub.
