Astilbe 'Bridal Veil'

Astilbe ‘Bridal Veil’ is a clump-forming, deciduous perennial valued for its feathery plumes of pure white flowers held above finely divided green foliage in midsummer (typically July–August). Best in moist, humus-rich, moderately fertile soil in partial shade, it can also grow in sun if the soil is reliably damp. Ideal for damp borders, woodland edges and watersides in Irish gardens, where it brings light and soft texture through summer, reaching around 60–90cm when established.
