Achillea Milly Rock Red

Achillea Milly Rock Red

Achillea Milly Rock Red is a compact, clump-forming yarrow with finely divided, aromatic green foliage and flat-topped clusters of rich red flowers held on short stems from summer into early autumn. Best in full sun and well-drained, moderately fertile soil, it’s ideal for the front of sunny borders and gravel or low-maintenance plantings in Ireland. Drought tolerant once established and excellent for cutting, it’s also highly attractive to bees and other pollinators. Deadhead regularly to extend the display, and cut back spent stems after flowering.

To help give a clear sense of scale, the stone wall shown in our photos measures approximately 265cm in height. We also use familiar garden tools as visual references: a digging fork (110cm tall) and a hand fork (30cm tall). These are included purely as size guides to help you better judge proportions when viewing the images.
