Acer palmatum 'Dissectum Tamukeyama' 80cm stem

Acer palmatum 'Dissectum Tamukeyama' is a slow-growing, deciduous Japanese maple with a graceful, cascading habit and finely dissected foliage. Leaves emerge rich purple-red and give a striking crimson display in autumn. It performs best in sun or light shade in a sheltered spot, in moist but well-drained, fertile, slightly acidic soil. An elegant choice for architectural planting and Asian-inspired gardens, where its refined texture and dome-forming habit provide year-round structure and seasonal colour.

This is a standard tree with a clear stem and a shaped crown above. The tree was grown up to this stem height and then pruned to stop the trunk growing taller. The clear stem will remain at the height you receive it at, with future growth coming from the top of the tree.
